CONVERTED INTO 1970 "K" SPECIFICATIONS. PAINTED LIGHT BLUE AND ORANGE (JOHN WYER-GULF).FIRESTONE TIRES: - 04-12-70, BRANDS HATCH 1000 KMS (#9, SIFFERT REDMAN, DNF-CRASH, 5th IN QUALIFY-1:29.2, ENG #34, GRBX #48) VERY RAINY RACE. AT LAP 177 HAD A CRASH. MAJOR DAMAGE ON REAR END. THE CAR WAS RETURNED TO PORSCHE . REBUILT CONSISTED OF REPLACING CHASSIS AND BODY WITH #017 WHICH WAS THEN NUMBERED AS #004. 4900 CC ENGINE FITTED. ORIGINAL #004 DAMAGED CHASSIS WAS REPAIRED AND NUMBERED AS #017.
